Turnaround Time
Please allow 8 to 15 business days for your custom piece to be created and shipped. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm through our selected UPS carrier. Once the order tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Please email support@christodoulo.com to request a refund.
You can exchange or refund any undamaged product purchased from us as long as it is returned unused and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. Anything 30 days after purchase will not be reimbursed. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange/refund, we do not refund any packing and postage charges. Due to our free shipping offer, $25 will be deducted from your refund.
Return of undamaged item(s) for exchange/refund is entirely at your cost and risk.
Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earrings purchases. We agree to reimburse or exchange any product delivered to you that arrives in faulty or damaged condition, or is not as described in our website. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
In order to return your product, you must notify us through our contact page we will then email you within 48 hours with instructions for returning your item. Item(s) returned to us MUST be deemed by us to be in their original condition and packaging before a refund will be issued. Christodoulo will only refund or return regular mail postage if you are returning an incorrect or defective item(s). For all other returns, please kindly ensure that sufficient postage is affixed to the package. Any return postage or shipping charges paid by Christodoulo for packages that are not for incorrect or defective items will be deducted from the refund provided.
For your protection, please send your return items in a rigid cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We recommend that you insure your package as we are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged and will not credit you for these item(s). Item(s) returned to us in a standard un-padded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service. By completing a purchase through our online store, you agree to all the terms and conditions listed above.
